Return Policy

Since these products are personalized, there will be a 50% restocking fee applied to all returned items. Credits will not be made till items are returned.

Personalization Errors

If an error is made on the part of Treasured Baby Steps, it will be corrected at no cost to you. All we ask is that you ship it back, to:

If an error is made on your part, There will be an additional charge of $5.00 to fix the error. Simply ship the shoe back in the original box, to:

Enclose $5.00 plus $3.95 shipping and handling, in the form of a money order or credit card info, and a new shoe will be processed and mailed. Please call 1-816-365-2041 if you have any questions.

Shipping

All orders will be charged $3.95 shipping and handling. Orders will be shipped first class USPS with delivery confirmation.

UPS can be used also, just put in the comments in the shopping cart and I will send an email with the final cost with UPS shipping. You can go to http://www.ups.com and use the rate checker to get an estimate of the shipping costs for the different options. Your credit card will not be processed till a final OK is received for the additional UPS charges.
