If an error is made on the part of Treasured Baby Steps, it will be corrected at no cost to you.

We ask that you please ship your item back in the original box and please include the following information with your item. Let us know the error needing fixed along with your name, return address and phone number.

You can send it using USPS first class and it will be fixed and sent out again.

If an error is made on your part, There will be an additional charge of $15.00 to fix the error.

Simply ship the shoe back in the original box and please include the following information with your item and check. Let us know the error needing fixed along with your name, return address and phone number.

All Porcelain Baby Steps orders in the US will be charged $8.00 shipping and handling for the 1st item and $4.00 for each additional item to the United States. For Canada the charge is $20 for each item.

Orders will be shipped first class USPS with delivery confirmation. Orders are shipped within 6 weeks.  Quality takes some time.

If you need an item sooner, email us and see if we can get the order to you by the date you need. Rush orders may incur a rush fee.

We at Treasured Baby Steps pinky swear to never give out any of your personal information. It will only be used by us to process your order. Rest assured we don’t like our information shared either.
