Checks: Orders will not be processed till check clears the bank
Money Orders: Orders will be processed when check is received.

Return Policy

Since these products are personalized, there will be a 50% restocking fee applied to all returned porcelain items. Credits will not be made till items are returned.

Custom orders are non-refundable. Please order carefully.

Personalization Errors

If an error is made on the part of Treasured Baby Steps, it will be corrected at no cost to you. We ask you ship it back, to:

using USPS first class and it will be fixed and sent out again.

If an error is made on your part, There will be an additional charge of $5.00 to fix the error.

Enclose $5.00 plus $3.95 shipping and handling, in the form of a money order or credit card info, and a new shoe will be processed and mailed. Please call 1-816-365-2041 if you have any questions.

Shipping

All Porcelain Baby Shoe orders will be charged $3.95 shipping and handling. Orders will be shipped first class USPS with delivery confirmation. Orders are shipped within 2 - 4 weeks. If you need an item sooner, call and see if we can get the order to you by the date you need. Rush orders may incur a rush fee.
